The deposit is non refundable and non transferable. Satine will not accept any new appointment if there is a conflict with the clients. No refunds, if making any cancellation on your appointment. A Notification requires within 90 days postponing your wedding, no refunds if the date is in conflict with the other clients and without three month notification.

   For all rental items, A refundable security deposit is required, Pick up for the item/s is a day before the event, subjected to extra charges for exceptions. The return of the item/s is expected within 2 day, after the event (There will be a late penalty of $30 per day). Costs of repair/replacement of damaged/lost goods will be deducted from your security deposit. Please return item/s with the original box/packaging.
